The WhatsApp Business App,launched a year ahead is making some important updates for its WhatsApp web.The Business version of WhatsApp is already have more than 5 million users and thus extends its reach with maximum ease of use adaptations in web.
The tools includes filter charts and instant reply options to the customers and dealers in a business platform.The instant reply option may incorporate ‘already written reply’ as in the case of Facebook,which are a group of reply for the common queries made by the customers in business platform.
One can trigger the instant reply by “/” button in the keyboard for WhatApp Business web.
In addition, the labels and chat list filters are the other modifications ,for recognising the contacts by labels and filtering the contacts using the filters like,unread messages,group or broadcast list.
The new modifications for web,which are already available in the mobile would enable the users to schedule appointments,share invoices, and replying customer queries.
