The United Kingdom fears the mounting number of terrorist attacks across the globe and more than 3000 British children attending Pakistani madrassas every year,known to have terrorist links.
Thousands of British children are attending the ‘extremist summer schools’ in Pakistani madrassas,where they teach ‘glorified version of jihad’.
The British officials fears that these youngsters will get radicalised at these extremist schools with ‘warped ideology’.
“It is highly likely that this education in Pakistan,even for short periods of time,increases the risk of exposure to extremism for British-Pakistani children.Enrolment at madrassas poses thegreatest risk of exposure to more serious forms of religious extremism,”a source told the British news paper Daily mail.
the madrassas which are considered to be a part of terrorism promotion-Darul Uloom Haqqania(DUH)in Kyber Pakhtunkhwa region,Jamia Binoria in Karachi and Jamiatul Uloom Ul Islamia in Pak occupied kashmir are also conduction the schooling in Britain.
The reports show that many Pakistani madrassas are focusing on extremist religious studies than giving the strong religious thoughts to the children in Britain.
