The marginalised community needs sustainable development to gain social development. The usual schemes of Government giving freebies and small funds won’t gain development for the marginalised says minister AK Balan. For these communities to come to upper strata of society needs education that will fetch them job. The government of Kerala is in such an attempt minister told while inaugurating the certificate distribution of students who completed job oriented educational courses. The schedule caste- schedule tribe department has conducted the course.
In the function presided by State Scheduled caste development department director Ali asghar pasha, Ethios group managing director CP Rajesh, Director Philip Thomas, Kerala Academy for excellence CEO prathap Nair, district SC development officer V. Sajeev, district ST Development officer y. Bibin Das, KSBCDC district head V. Latha, Renjith Balaji and Niyas spoke in the event.
The government aims to give Education on the areas and courses that will fetch job for the sc and st communities. The individual beneficiaries are good but thats won’t make their future life secure. The govt wishes to show a path to them through the course conducted by ethos. More job opportunities are in private, public and semi govt sectors and government will utilise all these to ensure job and sustainable development for them through this venture.
