The new Holi advertisement by detergent brand Surf Excel is facing a backlash for its content.
The detergent brand has aimed at blending everyone together with Holi the festival of togetherness is now trapped for the same idea they promoted.The ‘Rang laaye Sang’ (colours that brings us together)campaign of Surf Excel created around Hindu-Muslim unity theme instantly faced flak for the concept.Watch the hiped ad here;

Earlier this year HUL Kumbh ad had irked the Twitter users.In the ad,a son contemplates abandoning his aged father in the crowd but soon realises his mistake and comes back to him.
Soon after the ad was shared on the HUL twitter handle,people objected to it by saying it hurt sentiments of Hindus and portrayed the festival in wrong light.
