In the biggest voyeurism scandal, South Korean police arrested two people for allegedly setting up cameras in 42 rooms 30 hotels in 10 cities in the country and live streaming the footages.
Mini-cameras with 1mm lenses were found in digital boxes, hair dryer holders and wall sockets, reports The Guardian. More than 800 illegally filmed videos were live streamed via a server based in overseas.
The police have not revealed the identity of the accused.
A week ago, singer and TV celebrity Jung Joon-young had admitted that he secretly filmed himself having sex with women and shared the footage online.
