Following the attack against the passengers by the employees of Kallada Travels bus,the transport commissioner has issued direction to cancel the permit of Kallada travels bus and police have asked the owners to present the bus before them.Several cases under related sections were also booked against them.
The police has directed the owners,Suresh Kallada group to present the bus before Maradu station although the owners have informed the police that the bus is in Bengaluru.
The Kochi police commissioner said police would investigate if the bus crew had conspired to thrash the passengers.
The cases were filed for manhandling three passengers of the bus by the crew.Thiruvananthapuram native Anjay Ghosh,Palakkad native Muhammed Ashkar and Sulthan Bathery native Sachin were manhandled by the staff of Kallada and asked them to get out of the bus on Saturday night.
A co-passenger in the bus Jacob Philip had posted about the incident on his Facebook page.
