Pakistan finally decided to take action against the terrorist groups in the country including Jaish-e-Mohammad.Breaking the silence over the matter of inaction by the Pak government in terrorism,Pakistan’s Information Minister Dawn shared their decision with the news agency ANI.
The Minister said that a National Action Plan(NAP) will be formed for the purpose.However the minister refused to reveal the deadline of the mission.The achievements of FATS’s 27 targets under a 10-point action plan has now become a priority in the list,said sources.
The Paris based global financial watchdog,FATF reprimanded Pakistan for not effectively doing anything to curb terrorism financing and money laundering and soon after the condemnation,Pakistan ordered re-imposition of the ban on Jamaat ud Dawa(JUD) and Falah-i-insaniat Foundation(FIF).
The new decision comes in the wake of India filed a strong case against Pakistan’s non-compliance in curbing terror funding after Pulwama attack of February 14.
