The Delhi court on Wednesday reserved till February 16 its order on bail plea by AugustaWestland middleman Christian Michel.
The CBI opposed the bail plea and said”This court has taken cognisance in both ED and CBI charge sheets.Once the cognisance has been taken, the accused cannot ask for statutory bail.”Patiala court on February 16 will pass the order on it.
Christian Michel moved the bail plea last week, following which the court issued notices to Enforcement Directorate and CBI to give replies before February 12.
