Digital payment major Paytm has partnered with online restaurant discovery and food delivery platform Zomato to make a push in the online food ordering segment. With this, customers will be able to order food directly from their Paytm app, without having to install Zomato on their device.
The Zomato food ordering feature is currently live in Delhi NCR on Android devices and will be made available in over 80 thousand restaurants across 100 cities soon. The feature will also go live in iOS app soon.

“We are excited to be partnering with them to integrate our online food delivery service with their mobile app. This will allow us to reach a much larger user base and add to the overall experience of ordering from Zomato,” Mohit Gupta, CEO, food delivery, Zomato, said in a statement.
